How to request deletion

1. Email clochamps@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in, with the subject line Delete my account.
2. Include your in-game player name so we can locate your profile.
3. We’ll confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days of verifying the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier and linked Google sign-in
• Your player profile — display name, avatar, chip balance, and game statistics
• Your presence in any multiplayer rooms and your referral records

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase records are kept where tax and accounting law requires it, and Google Play retains its own transaction records independently of us. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully cleared within 90 days.

Playing without an account

C-LO Champs can be played as a guest with no sign-in. Guest players are still given an anonymous account identifier and a profile on our servers holding your display name, avatar, chip balance, and game statistics. Clearing the app’s data removes your access on that device but does not delete the stored profile — email us using the steps above and include your in-game player name and Unique ID (shown on your profile screen) so we can locate and delete it.
