This Privacy Policy explains how C-LO Champs (“we,” “us,” or the “app”) handles information when you play. C-LO Champs is a free dice game for entertainment only. We’ve tried to keep this plain and honest — if anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
1 Information we collect
Account & profile information
When you play, we create a player profile so your progress is saved. This can include:
- A player name and avatar you choose
- An anonymous account identifier automatically assigned to your device
- Optional Google account information, only if you choose to link a Google account (used to sign in and recover your profile)
- In-game data such as your chip balance, rank, game statistics, and referral activity
Purchase information
If you buy virtual chips or items, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details — that information is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. We may receive a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver the virtual items to your account.
Advertising information
C-LO Champs may show optional ads (for example, watch-an-ad-for-chips rewards). To do this, our advertising partners — such as Google AdMob — may collect device and advertising identifiers and similar technical data to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. See Google’s policies for details on how this data is used.
Technical & usage information
Like most apps, we and our service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as device type, operating system, and app version. This helps us keep the game working and improve it.
What we do not collect: we do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or other personal content from your device.

- To create and save your player profile and game progress
- To run core features — dice games, rooms, leaderboards, rewards, and referrals
- To deliver virtual items you’ve purchased or earned
- To show and measure ads (if you engage with them)
- To keep the game secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
- To understand how the game is used so we can improve it
3 How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that run the app’s infrastructure — for example Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Google Play (purchases), and advertising partners such as Google AdMob. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Other players, in limited ways — your chosen player name, avatar, and rank may be visible to others through features like multiplayer tables and leaderboards. Do not use a name that reveals personal information you don’t want shared.
- Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of players, the public, or the app.
4 Data storage & security
Your game data is stored using Google Firebase services. We rely on industry-standard safeguards provided by these platforms to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
5 Age requirement (18+)
C-LO Champs is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, because it features simulated gambling themes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
6 Your choices & rights
- Advertising: reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings to control ad personalization.
- Google account: linking a Google account is optional; you can play with an anonymous profile instead.
- Access or deletion: you can request access to, or deletion of, your profile data by following the steps on our account deletion page, or by contacting us at the email below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor applicable requests.
7 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes may also be noted in the app. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
